13/04: New WTR Advertiser Review
There have been a few exciting developments since the last report. Firstly, we've recently added Svezhy Veter to our list of train ticket vendors. This is perhaps the best company around for Trans-Siberian tickets and, importantly, they are one of only a couple of Russian companies that can provide Trans-Siberian tickets originating in Beijing.
Secondly, after a renovation, the Way to Russia tour page is back better than ever. Click here to see what's on offer.
Finally, in the next week we'll be listing at least four new central Moscow apartments priced at $100 or less per night. Apartments in central Moscow below the $100 barrier are incredibly rare these days and are a great option for budget travelers. In the meantime there are plenty of other options to choose from. Read on for a review of the performance of each of our current advertisers.

Here is the latest update on how Way to Russia's advertisers are performing.
At Way to Russia we find all the best providers for all the travel services you need (accommodation, train tickets, tours and so on) and put them on our website. This saves you the hassle of trawling the internet to find companies you have never heard of (whose reliability is not guaranteed) for each travel service you need.
We monitor these companies to make sure they are providing quality customer service. And you will find our latest report on their performance below (based on customers' feedback and mystery shoppers requests):

The main difference between Way to Russia and all other travel guides is that we constantly monitor the quality of our advertisers’ customer service. There’s a lot of work done by our managers, who check the correspondence, send in “mystery shopper” requests, and nag the providers who don’t reply within 24 hours just to ensure that when you book through Way to Russia you get the best experience possible.
In order to make all the results of this work transparent and to inform you which companies perform the best, we put together this bi-monthly report that tells nothing but the truth about the service providers’ customer support. Be sure to check the most recent report before you book.
